Enok

Dashboard & history

Once your agent is deployed and receiving conversations, Enok converts every session into metrics and transcripts. These are available in two tabs: Dashboard and History.

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab gives you a quick overview of your agent's performance.

Metrics

Headline numbers cover the most relevant activity indicators: active sessions, total conversations, average conversation duration, and user satisfaction rating.

Top intents

The Top Intents panel surfaces the user goals that triggered most frequently during the period. This shows what users are primarily coming to the agent for and identifies which conversation paths are worth optimising.

Fallback report

The Fallback Report surfaces the queries the agent was unable to handle adequately, questions that fell outside the agent's knowledge, scope, or configured tools. This is the most direct signal for identifying gaps in the prompt, knowledge base, or tool coverage.

Recent conversations

A list of recent sessions gives immediate visibility into the latest interactions without leaving the dashboard.

Empty top-intents and fallback panels are normal for a fresh agent. Start a few conversations in the test preview to see these insights begin to populate.

History

Open the History tab to browse every session by mode, duration, message count, and status. Select a conversation to read its full transcript, and download it if you need a copy.

If the agent is brand new, you'll see "No conversation history" until it has its first interaction.
