Billing overview

Billing is where you keep an eye on what your organization is spending across Stratforge. From here you can read your plan and current charges, drill into a per-service breakdown of usage, set spending budgets, and manage your payment methods and invoices.

You'll find Billing in the console navigation. Inside, the section is organized into four tabs down the left side:

  • Dashboard - the at-a-glance view of your plan and spend, described on this page.
  • Bills - a date-ranged, service-level breakdown of credits and amounts.
  • Subscriptions - your plan tier, seat usage per license type, and who holds a license.
  • Budgets - spending limits that cap or warn on usage.

Stratforge meters usage in credits, and credits convert to a dollar amount on your bill. Throughout Billing you'll see both: credits for what was consumed, and USD for what it costs. Some screens let you switch between the two.

The dashboard

The Dashboard tab opens on a heading of Billing Overview and is built from two parts: your plan card at the top, and a services and usage overview below it.

Plan card

The plan card sits at the top of the dashboard and tells you which plan your organization is on and whether it's active. It shows the plan name - for example Pay-as-you-go - with a short description noting the plan and when the subscription became active, and a status pill that reflects the plan's current state.

This card is read-only on the dashboard; it's there so you always know, at a glance, what billing arrangement is in effect.

Headline metrics

Below the plan card, the overview leads with three metric cards summarizing your account's billing position:

  • Total Credits Used - the total credits your organization has consumed, shown as a credit figure.
  • Total Amount Billed - what those credits add up to in money, formatted in USD.
  • Total Users - the number of users counted against your account.

Each card pairs a label with its value, so you can read your overall consumption, cost, and headcount in one row.

Credit Score Overview chart

Under the metrics is the Credit Score Overview - a line chart that plots daily credit usage over the current period, with one line per Stratforge product (for example RedFlare and Discover). Each product gets its own color, and the visible date range is shown alongside the chart heading.

Hover any point on the chart to open a detailed tooltip for that day. The tooltip shows:

  • Total Credit - the combined credits used across all products on that day.
  • A per-product breakdown, each with its color marker, so you can see which product drove the day's usage.

A legend under the chart labels each product line.

The dashboard chart is the quickest way to spot a usage spike. If a day stands out, switch to the Bills tab and narrow the date range to see exactly which services contributed.

Where to go next

  • To break spend down by service over a chosen date range, see Bills.
  • To check your plan tier and seat usage, see Subscriptions.
