Stratforge One

Bills

The Bills tab is the detailed view of your spend: it breaks usage down by Stratforge product and by the individual services within each product, for a date range you choose. Where the dashboard gives you the headline, Bills lets you trace exactly where the credits and dollars went.

You'll find it under the Bills tab in Billing. The page has two parts: a set of summary metrics for the selected period, and a service-level breakdown table.

Choosing a billing period

Bills opens on the current month. A date-range control in the header (Billing Details) lets you pick a different window - open it, select a start and end date, then Apply. Reset returns the range to the current month.

The range can't run past the end of the current month, so you're always looking at periods up to today rather than into the future. The summary metrics and the breakdown below both update to match the range you apply.

Summary metrics

Above the breakdown, three metric cards summarize the selected period:

  • Credit used | Combined - total credits consumed across all products in the range.
  • Total amount billed - what that usage costs, in USD.
  • Billing period - the date range the figures cover, shown as from - to.

Service pricing breakdown

The Service Pricing Overview table is the heart of the page. It lists your spend as an expandable tree with three columns:

  • Description - the product, and beneath it the individual services.
  • Credits Used - credits consumed, shown as a CR value.
  • Amount (USD) - the cost, shown as a USD value.

What a bill row contains

Each top-level row is a product (for example RedFlare or Discover). Its credits and amount are the totals for that product across the period. Expand a product - using the + / - control on the row - to reveal its child rows, one per service, each with that service's own credits and amount. This lets you go from "what did RedFlare cost this month" down to "which service inside RedFlare drove it."

Rows are connected with indentation and tree lines so the parent-child relationship stays clear as you expand them.

Bills is a usage and cost breakdown, not a payment ledger - its rows don't carry a paid/pending status. For the status of what you've actually been charged, see your invoices on the Payments & invoices page.

Searching for a service

A search box lets you filter the breakdown by service name. When you search, matching results expand automatically so you can see the relevant services without clicking into each product.

If nothing matches your search or filters, the page shows a No services found state explaining that no services matched and suggesting you adjust or clear the filters, with a Clear filters action to reset.

If the dashboard chart shows a usage spike, come here, set the date range to that window, and expand the product that stands out. The child rows pinpoint the exact service behind the cost.
