Apps
Apps are the Stratforge products connected to your organization - the tools your members actually use day to day, such as RedFlare and Discover. The Apps page is your catalog: it shows every product available to your organization, tells you which ones are live, and is where admins open a product to govern it.
To get here, choose Apps from the console navigation. It is also the landing page of Stratforge One.
What you see
Each product available to your organization appears as a card. A card shows:
- The product logo and name.
- A short description of what the product does.
The whole card is the control: select it (or press Enter/Space when it's focused) to open the product. There's no separate "open" button - clicking anywhere on the card other than the Manage control opens the product.
Admins and owners also get a Manage control - a small gear icon in the bottom-right corner of the card, with a "Manage" tooltip on hover. It opens the product's governance area. Members who aren't admins or owners don't see the gear.
Cards are laid out in a responsive grid, so the catalog grows as more products become available.
App states
Every card carries a state that reflects whether your organization can use that product:
- Active - your organization has the product. Selecting the card opens it.
- Not active - the product is available to your organization but isn't live yet. The card still appears so you know the product exists, but it isn't usable until the product is enabled for your organization.
Once a product is enabled for your organization, its card becomes Active and you can open it.
The catalog lists products that are available to your organization. Enabling a product for your organization is handled outside this page; once it's enabled, the card becomes Active here automatically.

Managing a product
If you're an admin or owner, each card also shows the Manage gear in its bottom-right corner. Select it to reach that product's governance area, where you control its access and data settings. Members who aren't admins or owners don't see the gear - they can only open the product.
See Manage an app for everything you can do there.
