Stratforge One

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions tab shows the plan your organization is on, how many license seats you're using, and which members hold a license. It's where you check whether you have seats free before assigning one, and who's taking up the seats you've paid for.

You'll find it under Billing → Subscriptions in the console.

Each Stratforge product has its own subscription and its own pool of seats. Use the app pills at the top of the page to switch between products - the plan, seat usage, and roster below all update to the product you select.

Subscription

The top section shows your current plan for the selected product:

  • The plan tier - for example a named tier such as Pro or Enterprise, or a dash if no subscription is set.
  • A status pill - Active (green) when the subscription is in good standing, or a red state such as Expired, Suspended, Revoked, or Cancelled when it isn't.

Seat usage

Below the subscription is a card for each license type in your plan - for example Admin, QA, Agent, or Enok. Each card reads like a meter:

  • A large used / total figure - how many seats of that type are taken out of how many you have.
  • A meter bar underneath. Small plans show one pip per seat; larger plans show a proportional gauge.
  • A footnote: seats left, Seat full (in amber) when every seat is taken, or Unlimited (shown as ∞) when the type has no cap.

This is the quickest way to see whether you can assign another license of a given type, or whether you've run out and need to revoke one or upgrade.

License roster

The last section lists everyone who currently holds a license for the selected product. Each row shows:

  • User - the member's email.
  • License - which license type they hold.
  • Status - the same status pill used for the subscription (Active, Expired, and so on).

If no one holds a license yet, the section shows an empty state instead of a table.

The roster here is read-only. To assign, change, or revoke an individual member's license, open that member in the Directory and use the Licenses section of their detail page.
